These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of The White Bungalow's services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1.  Reservation and Payment:

   - Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

   - Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

   - We accept major credit cards and cash payments.

2.  Check-in and Check-out:

   - Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

   - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3.  Cancellation and Refund:

   - Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and booking conditions. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for details.

   - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4.  Guest Conduct:

   - Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests and staff.

   - Any disruptive or unlawful behavior may result in eviction without refund.

5.  Damage and Loss:

   - Guests are liable for any damage to the property caused during their stay.

   - The White Bungalow is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

6.  Pets and Smoking:

   - Pets are not allowed on the premises.

   - Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided.

7.  Privacy Policy:

   - We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

8.  Liability:

   - The White Bungalow shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control.

   - Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the reservation.

9.  Amendment of Terms:

   - We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law:

    - These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
